I am leaving to San Pedro Sula, Honduras in 5 days, and will not have any connection with the outside world. But, if we are good enough friends that you feel you would like a letter from me while I am gone, message me with your address and I will make sure to write you at least once! I hope that you all have an enchanting next 2 years, and that your lives are enriched with my absence!

So, I finished my Spring Semester of my Freshman year of college. I got good grades, and that makes me very happy. Freshman year was incredible. I had the best roommates, made the best friends, did so many fun things, learned so much about life, school, myself, everything. I received my call to serve an LDS mission to the San Pedro Sula Honduras mission speaking spanish, and because of that commitment I shan't be returning to school for 2 years. But, this journal is not about school. This journal is about the incredible summer that I have had already. The very first day of summer, my good friend Jessie came up to Utah State and we got lunch

*sigh* Time to stay up to very late hours of the night studying for big huge tests that are worth 30-50% of the final grade. The first one begins in 17 minutes, but luckily I have been studying (haha not). The campus always dies around this time, people are locked up studying, taking tests, or get done with them early and start heading home. All I can do is hope and pray to get through this week, and then I have the summer to enjoy! I hope all is well with everyone, that they have a better week than I this week, and that you all realize that Osama Bin Laden was killed yesterday, and Obama's special forces team has his body.
